Centrum voor mondzorg De Polders is accepting new patients. You are welcome to join our practice. It is possible to directly make an appointment with the dentist, dental hygienist, or denturist.

You can register as a patient by phone, email or by the form on our website.

  • Fill in the registration form and we will contact you as soon as possible for an appointment.
  • Intake appointment with your new dentist or dental hygienist
  • Appointment with the dentist or dental hygienist is also possible outside of working hours
  • Short waiting time to book an appointment

We would like to ask you to be present 10 minutes before your first appointment, in order for us to complete your patient card. Would you be so kind as to bring your health insurance card and identification card (ID-card) during your first appointment.

I would say among all the dentist that I have visited, the dentist from De Polders is so far the best dentist in my own point of view. I received quite a lot useful information about how to take care of my teeth/gum health from your dentist. Meanwhile, all the appointment handling and administration work from your side reflected a sense of profession and empathy.
